UXO Global is proud to offer the Unexploded Ordnance Technician I (UXO Tech 1) course in response to the rapid growth in the Munitions ResponseResponse actions, including investigation, removal actions and remedial actions to address the risks presented by UXO, DMM, or MC, or the determination that no removal or remedial action is required. programs worldwide. This UXO Tech 1 course was developed following the guidelines outlined in Department of Defense ExplosiveA substance or mixture of substances that can undergo a rapid anaerobic chemical change generating large quantities of energy. Students will endure a challenging four week program studying subjects such as safety, explosives, unexploded ordnance from around the world, firing systems, range clearance operations, and more. UXO Global also offers certification in an OSHA approved 40 hour Hazardous Waste Operator & Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) course. Our graduates have all of the knowledge and skills needed to immediately work as a UXO Tech I.

Upon course completion UXO Global will assist graduates in locating jobs with UXO companies. However, under Colorado law, UXO Global does not guarantee job placement.
