The Admissions Officer does not work for the Veteran Administration (VA) and does not have access to any VA files. The Admissions Officer cannot guarantee whether you will receive benefits or when those benefits will arrive.

Mail your "Education Benefits Form" (Form 22-1990) to a V.A. Processing Center if you have not already.
